Early registration fees are applicable if payment is received not later than May 23, 2025. For taking advantage of the reduced early registration fee, the date of payment and not the date of registration is decisive.
As some participants are recently facing problems paying with credit card, we would like to alert that the 3D secure check (3DS) has to be activated at the credit card to be used. 3D Secure (3DS) adds an extra layer of protection to online shopping. With 3DS enabled, you have 2-step authentication on every online purchase – so no payments will ever go through unless you authorize them yourself.
All fees cover the printed programme, Book of Abstracts (electronic), attendance of all scientific sessions and exhibitions, coffee breaks, lunches, and the welcome cocktail.
The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event). Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds up to June 6, 2025: 50% of fee. No refund is possible after June 6, 2025.
Payments will be refunded if the conference will be canceled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
